Sometimes, we have to change the email address for unavoidable reasons. If you want to change your email address for the MacKiev Family Tree Maker, follow the instructions below.
Please go to the Family Tree Maker upgrade center and type your first and last name and your old email address. You will need to select the country and then the state/province.

Once MacKiev validates your account, you can click on continue. It may ask you to purchase stuff from MacKiev. Then, if you want, you can add it to your cart.

If you keep clicking next, you will be on an order page. You need to click on order now. The next screen will be as displayed in the image below.
In the email box, you can enter your first and last name and your new email address. You can also type a new phone number.
You will receive a copy of your order at your new email address, which will help you update it in Family Tree Maker.
If you do not remember your old email address, you will have trouble changing to your new one. You can chat with MacKiev and check if they can do anything about it.
